A Japanese toilet seat!
In the US, after a natural birth, NYU Hospital gave me a squirt bottle, witch hazel pads, a Sitz bath kit and some type of topical anesthetic spray (Americaine?) right after I moved into my post delivery room.
If had the option of pushing the 3rd button, it would have been a lot more comfortable...
