Yuezi Food Philosophy

WEEK 1 - The primary goal of the first week postbirth is to reduce blood loss from the body, eliminate poisons by eating foods that help clean the lochia and to recover iron from blood loss.





WEEK 2 - Aims to focus on the recovery of the womb and pelvis and production of breastmilk.




WEEK 3 and 4 - High in protein and nutritious food to help the mother recover quickly and build strength.
